Welcome to my blog today

Today sees the start of our next challenge and this time Carol is our hostess. Our theme is Anything Goes - as well as following the theme of the challenge, a CD, USB or Digital images, or any combination thereof, must have been used somewhere in the making of the card or project. It doesn’t have to be the whole card but it can be. It can be as small as perhaps a sentiment or a piece of backing paper- but there has to be some CD, USB or Digital source content somewhere together with everything else you have used. THE SOURCE MUST BE NAMED AND CREDITED.

I used Carnation Crafts Vignettes, backing papers and dies. Sentiment die from Crafters Companion.

Here is my card:

My card is made using downloaded papers and vignettes from Carnation Crafts along with the accompanying dies. This set is called Sunny and is part of the Summer Daze collection.  The sentiment die is a Paper Boutique die. I love gerbera's and am thrilled with how this turned out.

CD Sunday Plus Challenge #52 - Hosted by Margaret

Welcome to my blog today, it's lovely to have your company.

Today sees the start of our next challenge and this time Margaret is our hostess. Our theme is Anything Goes - as well as following the theme of the challenge, a CD, USB or Digital images, or any combination thereof, must have been used somewhere in the making of the card or project. It doesn’t have to be the whole card but it can be. It can be as small as perhaps a sentiment or a piece of backing paper- but there has to be some CD, USB or Digital source content somewhere together with everything else you have used. THE SOURCE MUST BE NAMED AND CREDITED.

Here is my card:

I used a downloaded pattern from Stitchingcards.com and red and gold card from my stash.  The design is stitched using gold metallic thread.  I cut around the edges of the mats using deckle edged scissors.

I used Forever Friends Celebrations cd-rom for the decoupage image and backing paper. Hunkydory adorable scorable card for my mats and layers.

CD Sunday Plus Challenge #50 - Hosted by Me

Today sees the start of our next challenge and this time I am our hostess.  This will be our last challenge for this year and I would like to take this opportunity to wish you a very merry Christmas and the happiest of New Years.

It doesn’t have to be the whole card but it can be. Here is my card:

The pattern was a download from Stitchingcards.com.  Deep red card from Hunkydory along with gold card which I embossed using a star design embossing folder. The design was stitched onto Centura Pearl card.

I used Tumble Ted and Tizzy cd-rom from Creative Crafting World for the decoupage.  Kraft card from Creative Crafting World.  The dark green card is from Papermill. First Edition Alphabet dies for the wording and the sentiment is a Sue Wilson die.

Here is my card:

I used dies and downloads from Carnation Crafts to make my card. The card base was created using one of the dies in the set and I used their 'elevate foam' behind the letters, numbers and decoupage layers.

Portmanteau

 Hello

Today I'd like to share another card made using the Portmanteau collection from Tattered Lace. It's a stunning collection and this time I made a much simpler card.
