The weather and certainly change here in Manchester and I'm hoping it's not the end of the sunshine for this year!

This is a birthday card I made for my hubby.  He loves a round of golf when he gets the chance.

For my card I used dies and vignettes from the gorgeous Carnation Crafts Sunrise to Sunset collection.

HMFMC #472 ATG with the option of Add a Ribbon/String Aug 17th - 30th

 Hello

My card for today is my entry into the current challenge over at House-mouse & friends which is anything goes with the option to add a ribbon/string.  I have so many ribbons in my craftroom and nearly always forget to use them!

Here is my card:

My card uses images, backing papers and an insert from the Gruffies & Happy Hoppers cd-rom by Joanna Sheen, this is one of my most used cd-roms!  The sentiment is Hunkydory.

This card is for a friend who loves to grow sunflowers.

This fun card was made using the Crafty Witches Penny Slider Spring Cards, available here.  I thought this worked perfectly as an easel card.  I embossed some cardstock for the card base, and added a stamped sentiment.

CD Sunday Plus Challenge #189 - Hosted by Jocelyn

Good morning

I'm just back from a weeks' Pilgrimage to Lourdes.  It was a fabulous week, although with temperatures reaching 40 degrees some days we did have to re-think our itinerary.  I wasn't able to join in all of it, as some days my pain was too bad, but I thoroughly enjoyed all that I was able to join in with, and got so much out of it.  There were 32 of us went and it was a lovely group.  I'm now having a few quiet days to recover from the travelling.

It was lovely to see all the entries into our last challenge and I thoroughly enjoyed seeing all your cards.

Here is my inspiration for our new challenge:
