CD Sunday Plus Challenge #168 - Hosted by Pamela

 Hello and welcome to my blog.

By the time this post is published, I will be mid-way through a cruise around the Baltic. At the time of writing this post, I am sat in the sunshine in Southampton awaiting our allocated boarding slot. We are both very much ready for a holiday!

Today Pamela hosting the new challenge over at CD Sunday Plus.

My card for this challenge is for a friend who loves her garden:

I used various dies and downloads from Carnation Crafts, edge dies from Spellbinders and stamped the sentiment.  I finished the card with a pretty butterfly gem from my stash.

CD Sunday Plus Challenge #167 - Hosted by Jocelyn

Hello and welcome.

Time once again for our new challenge at Cd Sunday Plus which this this is hosted by our lovely Jocelyn.

This is a card I made for a friend's birthday. She has a sausage dog that looks just like this!

 I used Joanna Sheen's House-Mouse Decoupage cd-rom to make the card. I love the little mouse at the back using him as a trampoline!

This is the second of these I've crocheted....I don't think I'll be doing any more!!

House-mouse & Friends Monday Challenge

 Hello

I've made cards to enter in the last two house-mouse challenges and then forgot to post them!  So I was determined to post this time!

This time the challenge is anything goes with the option of making a shaped card.  I used some hardly used spellbinders fancy edge dies to create my card.  I used dies from two different sets to mirror the shape on the front of the card, and so the card would close for posting.

I die-cut a sentiment and flower for on the front of the card.

I printed the decoupage image and backing paper from a Joanna Sheen cd-rom and added some co-ordinating card to complete the inside.
