CD Sunday Plus Challenge #72 - Hosted by me!

 Good morning

It's hard to believe we're almost at the end of October and Christmas is approaching very quickly.

I've been busy in my craftroom having a good sort out.  Many boxes of craft items have gone to a hospice and a charity that supports adults with dementia.  If I live to 200, I could never get through the amount of craft stuff I've accumulated!!  I'm currently crafting items to raise funds to name a Guide Dog Arthur after my late dad.  It's good to keep busy.  

I got very little crafting done last year and was on the verge of getting rid of all my craft stuff.  My family and friends talked me out of it and I'm so glad they did.  As Lynda Chapman always says, it's good to get 'Lost in the Doing' and doing just that is certainly helping me to cope with my pain.

Our new challenge starts today at CD Sunday Plus and I have the next page of my calendar to share with you, this time featuring the adorable Hudson:

I used cardstock from Creative Crafting World, images from Pollyanna Pickering and The Little Dog Laughed, Lettering and Calendar tab from Bree Merryn cd-rom, finished with some die cuts from CCW.

CD Sunday Plus Challenge ~71 - Hosted by Pamela

 Hello and welcome

Thank you for visiting my blog.

The weeks are quickly flying by and it feels like Christmas is just the blink of an eye away.

Today we start our new challenge over at CD Sunday Plus and I am sharing the next page in my Calendar with you.

Today the dog featured is Rosie, she is mum to the puppies and raised all 11 of them so beautifully:

I just had to use the image from Joanna Sheen's Giordano puppies and kittens cd-rom, as this is just how Rosie looked as a puppy.

Our previous cocker spaniel, Murphy, was fascinated by toads, and I remember one time him bringing 3 baby toads into the house.  They were perfectly unharmed.  This didn't phase me in the slightest as I really don't mind them, my husband on the other hand, was far less impressed.
