 Time is flying by so quickly and today is the start of a new challenge over at CD Sunday Plus.  We hope you'll be able to join us.

A friend of ours has a special birthday and is also retiring from being a gardener.  I re-visited an old cd to make my card - The Big One by La Pashe, and had a lot of fun creating it.

It's a 'front and back' card and is also decoupaged.  Here is the back of the image:

The sentiment and insert are from the same cd-rom, and I added a die-cut number to complete the card.

CD Sunday Plus Challenge #44 - Hosted by Me

Good Morning

Welcome to my blog today.

Today sees the start of our next challenge and this time I am hostess. Our theme is Anything Goes - as well as following the theme of the challenge, a CD, USB or Digital images, or any combination thereof, must have been used somewhere in the making of the card or project. It doesn’t have to be the whole card but it can be. It can be as small as perhaps a sentiment or a piece of backing paper- but there has to be some CD, USB or Digital source content somewhere together with everything else you have used. THE SOURCE MUST BE NAMED AND CREDITED.

CD Sunday Challenge Anything Goes

Hello and welcome to my blog today.

May I start by wishing all my visitors a happy and healthy New Year.

The first challenge of 2019 has begun over at the CD Sunday Challenge and the theme for this challenge is Anything Goes.  Here is my card:

I used The Big One cd-rom from La Pashe to create my card, the decoupaged images and backgrounds were printed from the Flippin' Men section,  I added the decoupage to acetate as you get both a front and back view of the images.

I used a Peel off sentiment, a sentiment from the decoupage sheet, peel off numbers and die cut letters to personalise the card.

One For The Boys

My card for today is made using the 'Flippin' range' from La Pashe.   The style of card was inspired by a fellow Joanna Sheen forum member.

Image and backing paper printed from The Big One cd from La Pashe (this is a front and back image but for some reason I forgot to photograph the back!!!!!)

Circular card blank created from white 300gsm card using a circle cutter.

Wording stamped using Krystaltips stamps from Dimension stamps.  Number is created from shrink plastic, coloured with spectrum noir pens.

The tool brads were from Joanna Sheen.
